Program Information:


This form is for one class period. If you would like to request coaching sessions for additional class periods with different meeting times, please submit a second application.

Note that dates and instrument choices are contingent upon musician availability. We will do our best to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee a particular player/instrument.

Coaching Rate:
$120 per musician per hour. 1-hour minimum.
Additional time may be added in 15-minute increments at the same per-hour rate

*Time coaches must remain on-site between consecutive classes is subject to be charged at the hourly rate

**Sessions outside of Mecklenburg County are subject to additional transportation costs.
