Rates

Group rates are available for groups comprised of 10 or more people. Group discount applies to full price tickets in price zones 1-4 only. Do you have a budget to follow? Contact us and let us find a performance that suits your needs! 

10-19 people:  10% off
20-49 people:  15% off 
50+:                  Chat with our Patron Services team for your special discount!

Note: Most fees are waived for group sales, but handling and facility fees apply ($4.50 per ticket).

Pricing

After making a group inquiry, a member of the CSO Patron Services team will issue a pricing quote. Prices are subject to change, and expire 14 days after your quote is issued. Tickets are subject to availability, and some seating restrictions may apply. 

Group rate cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

Payment

We require a 10% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit to hold seats. The final payment is due 30 days prior to the show. For tickets ordered within 30 days of the show, full payment is due at the time of the order. We accept checks and credit card transactions. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Group tickets are non-refundable once fully paid. Exchanges are allowed only in extraordinary circumstances, and will be subject to seating availability.
