Strategic Plan

The Charlotte Symphony Orchestra’s 2021–25 Strategic Plan helped guide a period of significant artistic and organizational development, including the appointment of Music Director Kwamé Ryan, strengthened artistic direction, expanded community partnerships, and the successful completion of the $50M Comprehensive Campaign. As that chapter comes to a close, we enter a new phase of opportunity. The 2026–30 Strategic Plan reflects both a continuation of this momentum and a refreshed set of priorities for the years ahead.
