While we strive to offer accessible ticket pricing, we recognize that financial barriers may still exist. Through our discounted ticket programs, we've welcomed thousands of individuals and members of partner organizations to experience the Charlotte Symphony.
Active Military & Veterans
Get 10% off all tickets as an active military personnel or veteran.
How it Works: Use the code MILITARY10 when purchasing tickets. Pick your tickets up at the box office up to two hours before the concert by presenting a valid military ID or proof of military service. (VA ID, veteran's service organization membership ID, or copy of DD Form 214).
Educators
Get 10% off all tickets as an educator in K-12 or higher education.
How it Works: Use the code EDUCATOR10 when purchasing tickets. Pick your tickets up at the box office up to two hours before the concert by presenting a valid educator ID.
Group Discounts (10+ people)
Save up to 15% on single tickets. Great for school fieldtrips and large family gatherings, group rates are available for performances within the Classical, Pops, Movie, or Family series for groups of 10 or more people.
Kids Go Free on Sundays
Live symphony music is meant to be a shared experience for the whole family. Through our Kids Go Free Sundays program, children ages 6–18 attend Classical series Sunday matinee performances for free with a Youth ticket.
How it Works: Select the Youth ticket price type when purchasing tickets for any Classical series Sunday matinee performance. Limited to four tickets per event. Not applicable for group sales. Questions about your tickets? Contact Patron Services at 704.972.2000.
Music for All
Finances should never be a barrier to experiencing live symphony performances. Through our Music for All program, anyone receiving SNAP or WIC benefits can receive $3 tickets to select performances. Music for All ticket holders are seated based on best availability.
How it Works: Use code MUSICFORALL when purchasing tickets from any Classical, Pops, or Family series performance. Present a valid EBT card and photo ID to pick up tickets at the box office up to two hours before the concert. Valid for up to six tickets per concert.
Student Rush
$15 tickets are available for any undergraduate or graduate student interested in experiencing what the CSO has to offer. Tickets are available for most Classical, Pops, Family or Movie series performance.
How it Works: Tickets can be purchased online the Wednesday before the concert weekend or at the theater box office two hours before the concert. Tickets are limited to 1 per valid student ID. A valid student ID is required to receive the tickets. Student Rush offers are subject to availability while seats remain. Student Rush ticket holders are seated based on best availability.

Subscriber Discounts
Being a subscriber comes with more than just your season — it's a year-round benefit. As a subscriber to any Charlotte Symphony series, you can save 10% on single ticket purchases all season long.
