Erinn Frechette
Flute, Piccolo
Erinn Frechette joined the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra in June 2002. She has been a prize winner in numerous competitions, including first place in both the National Flute Association’s Young Artist and Piccolo Artist Competitions. Frechette holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Northwestern University and a Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
What’s your favorite thing about performing for Charlotte audiences?
I love the warmth and gratitude we receive from our audiences!
What would you be doing if you weren’t a professional musician?
If I weren't a professional musician, I would probably have gone into science.
What's your favorite thing about living in Charlotte?
The vibrant community we have here! I love that there are people from all around the globe who have chosen to make Charlotte their home.
