Bridge Program
The Bridge Program is a free, year-long introductory strings program for kindergarten and first grade students, brought to you through a partnership between the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra and the Latin American Coalition.
Two days a week, young children pick up a violin — many for the very first time — and begin a musical journey that can last a lifetime.
For many students, the Bridge Program is just the beginning. Graduates are encouraged to continue their musical path through the Charlotte Symphony Youth Orchestras.
Get Started in the Bridge Program
All classes are held at the Latin American Coalition throughout the school year. No experience is necessary. No instrument to buy. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to try.
