Charlotte Symphony al Fresco is a new, free virtual concert series featuring CSO musicians performing a variety of works, giving a glimpse into the music and their lives as performing musicians.
Hosted by Principal Cellist Alan Black in his backyard in Charlotte, the concerts premiered on Facebook and YouTube on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm between June 10 and July 29.
"For the past four years I have been creating a backyard space with the intent to host concerts. When COVID-19 shut down the world I immediately thought that this was an opportunity for me to use this space with two goals in mind: to provide live intimate performances to our community, and to give CSO musicians and my friends the chance to play together again in a safe way." ~ Principal Cellist Alan Black
Charlotte Symphony al Fresco is free! If you enjoy the performance, please make a gift to support your CSO. >> Give Today |
