Summer Pops FAQ
Before you head to Symphony Park for a Summer Pops performance, check out our most frequently asked questions regarding ticketing, parking, and more.

| General Admission Pricing: General admission tickets are available either online in advance or at the gate on the day of the concert starting at 5 pm and until the performance begins or is sold out. Credit/debit and cash will be accepted at the gate. All Summer Pops ticket sales are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

| Accessibility |
| ADA accessible seating areas are available on the grounds. Any special seating needs should be communicated to CSO Patron Services in advance of the performance. If you have any questions, please call 704-972-2000 ex. 0 (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm) to speak with a Patron Services representative. Those with mobility concerns may park in designated accessible parking spaces with an accessible sticker/tag on the vehicle. Plan to arrive very early, as there are a limited number of accessible parking spaces. There is a drop-off area close to the main ticket tent and entrance gates. |
| Food & Beverage |
| Food and beverage (including beer and wine) and glass containers are permitted. Liquor is not permitted. On-site: SouthPark Mall and Reid's Fine Foods (open until 7 pm on Sundays). Food trucks will be available in the parking lot starting at 5 pm. |
| Lost & Found |
| Contact SouthPark Mall Guest Services at 704-295-0975 to inquire about lost items. |
| Parking |
| Parking is available in the SouthPark Mall parking lots. Those with mobility concerns may park in designated accessible parking spaces with an accessible sticker/tag on the vehicle. We recommend arriving early, as there are a limited number of accessible parking spaces. There is a drop-off area close to the entrance gate. |
| Pets |
| For the safety and comfort of others, pets are not permitted at the concerts. Only service animals are allowed. |
| Prohibited Items |
| - Flammable devices (fireworks, sparklers, candles, etc.) - Generators - Grills - Liquor - Tents - Weapons of any kind, including kitchen knives |
| Restrooms |
| Portable restroom facilities will be available in the upper parking lot. |
| Seating Options |
| 1) General admission that is first-come, first-served seating in the general admission area of the lawn. 2) Premium reserved lawn spaces with a central view of the stage, available only in a subscription package of all 4 concerts. Subscription packages are available for purchase through May 15. We recommend bringing either a picnic blanket or lawn chair. ADA-accessible seating areas are available in both general admission and reserved lawn spaces. Any special seating needs should be directed to CSO Patron Services in advance by calling 704-972-2000 ex. 0 (Mon-Fri, 9am5pm). |
| Smoking & Vaping |
| Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the park. |
| Weather Policy |
| The Charlotte Symphony performs rain or shine and we cancel only in the case of severe weather. If the concert is cancelled due to severe weather, ticketholders will receive an email and text message update with instructions to move their tickets to a future Symphony concert.
