Gift certificates are valid for five years from date of purchase and can only be redeemed by calling CSO Patron Services at 704-972-2000. Sales are final and nonrefundable. All gift certificates are delivered via email. Gift certificates purchased outside of normal business hours will be sent to the recipient the following business day. For any questions, please contact Patron Services at 704-972-2000.
