Ticket Exchange - COVID-19

The Charlotte Symphony has made the difficult decision to suspend all concerts through June due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19. This decision was made to protect the safety of the CSO's audiences, musicians, guest artists, staff and volunteers. We understand that this is a profound loss to our audiences as well as for our musicians, staff, and the institution as a whole.

The CSO is working quickly to reschedule as many concerts as possible and will be in touch with ticket-holders in the coming weeks. Call Patron Services at 704.972.2000 (9 am-5 pm/M-F) or email ticketoffice@charlottesymphony.org to learn about all of your ticket options.

Ticketholders to these concerts have these options:
  1. Hold on to your ticket. Your original ticket will be valid for the same day of the week as your original ticket.

  2. Donate your ticket. Your generous support is vital in helping the Charlotte Symphony fulfill its mission, and is especially appreciated during challenging moments such as this one. We couldn't do what we do without you.

  3. Exchange your ticket. You can exchange your ticket to another performance or receive a credit* on your account. *Please note: Account credits cannot be applied toward Special Event concerts.
