Our flexible, fast, and friendly exchange policy
is one of our key subscriber benefits. Can't
make it to a concert? We'll exchange your ticket
for another concert - or even into another
series! Or invite friends to accompany you to
the next concert. Just call 704.972.2000. ($1
per ticket exchange fee)
Tax Credit,
Refund, and Exchanges
Sorry, there are no refunds, but remember
subscribers do have complete exchange and
tax-credit privileges. Not able to use your
tickets or even exchange them? Please call in
your tickets 24 hours prior to the concert to
receive tax-credit, and give a student the
opportunity to hear the Symphony. Simply call
704-972-2000.

Concert parking at the Preferred Symphony
Rate of $5 is now available at the following
locations:
· Bank of America Corporate
Center Garage
· Hearst Tower Parking Garage
· International Trade Center Garage
· 201 North Tryon Building (IJL) Garage
VALET PARKING: Valet Parking is
now available in front of the Performing Arts
Center. Patrons who purchase food or drinks at
Taverna 100 or Sonoma Modern American can be
validated for free valet parking. Call
704-972-2000 for details and a handy Downtown
Parking Map.
Special Needs
 The Performing Arts Center is equipped with
an infrared listening system for the hearing
impaired and is wheelchair accessible. Please
contact the Performing Arts Center in advance at
704-372-1000.
Locations
Most CSO concerts are in the Belk Theater of
the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, located
on Tryon Street between Trade and 5th in
downtown Charlotte. A number of programs are
performed in churches and other performance

Come early for Classics concerts... get the

Symphony 101
Everything you always wanted to know about
Classical music but were afraid to ask. Free,
informal, lunch-hour concert conversations
hosted by Anna Brock at the Main Branch of the
Charlotte Public Library, downtown, and other

Friday Morning Coffee Classics
 Open Rehearsals of Classics concerts will be
held the following four Fridays in the Belk
Theater at 10 am:
October 26, November 30, January 11, and April
18. Admission is just $15 and includes
complimentary coffee and pastries with musicians
during the break. |
