BEETHOVEN  Overture to The Consecration of the House
BEETHOVEN  Violin Concerto
BRAHMS  Symphony No. 4

One of the fastest rising stars of his generation, Benjamin Beilman mesmerizes with the lyricism and poetry of Beethoven's only violin concerto. Brahms' ravishing Symphony No. 4 represents the capstone of the composer's symphonic achievement, a profound expression of the complexity of the human spirit. To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, your CSO performs Beethoven's Overture to The Consecration of the House, as they did at the Center's opening in 1992.
