Powerful music and images come together to honor our veterans and the land they fought to protect. Dramatic images from World War I and II will be projected as the Symphony performs an array of patriotic favorites. After intermission, the orchestra returns to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of our National Parks with Westwater Arts' latest visual piece, National Park Suite.

Gunnery Sergeant Brett Bartels, U.S. Marine Corps, and Brenda Tindal, staff historian with Levine Museum of the New South will join us during the performance, providing context on the military and the roles Charlotte played during World Wars I and II. We are grateful to our guests for their time and efforts!

We are pleased to partner with Toys for Tots for this concert. Please bring a new, unwrapped gift to the theater and help bring joy to a child this holiday season. Look for the Marines in uniform at the donation bins in the lobby.
