This form is for one class. If you would like to request coaching sessions in additional classes, please submit a second application.

Note that dates and instrument choices are contingent upon musician availability. We will do our best to fulfill your request but cannot guarantee a particular player/instrument.

Coaching Rate:
$90 per musician per hour.
Additional time may be added at the same per-hour rate in 30-minute minimum increments (ex. 70-minute class billed at 1.5 hours for $135).
Sessions outside of Mecklenburg County are subject to additional transportation costs.
