  • Discounts for Students & Young Adults

    • We offer $15 tickets to anyone 25 years old or younger and all students for Classics and select Pops Series concerts. You may purchase tickets over the phone in advance--please indicate your age or education status. You will be required to show a valid ID when you pick up tickets at the Charlotte Symphony Ticket Kiosk or the Belk Theater on the night of the concert.

      Tickets may also be purchased at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Belk Theater Box Office (130 N. Tryon St.) in advance as well as on the night of the concert.

  • Discounts for Groups & Corporate Sponsor Employees

    • Groups of ten or more receive a 20% discount on single tickets. Contact Joan Foley, Group Sales Manager, at 704-714-5119 or joanf@charlottesymphony.org to order tickets.

      Employees of our corporate sponsors are entitled to a discount of up to 20% on single tickets. Click here to view corporate sponsors and see if you are eligible to receive the group discount. Call 704.972.2000 or stop by our Two Wells Fargo Atrium Kiosk to receive the discount.

  • Will Call Desk

    • The Charlotte Symphony Ticket Office will mail tickets to your address up to the Monday before a performance.  If you purchase tickets after the last mailing, your tickets will be held at Will Call.  For Belk Theatre performances, Will Call is located inside on the main level and opens two hours before the performance. To ensure you are seated on time: Please arrive early! The Will Call line tends to be very busy starting at 7:30 p.m. when there is an 8:00 p.m. performance. Come early and pick up your tickets, then go grab a bite to eat or a drink at one of our restaurant partners!
  • How to Exchange Your Tickets

    • There are no refunds. Our ticket office staff will exchange your tickets if you cannot attend the concert you purchased. You can also upgrade your seats for specific concerts and pay the difference. Please call 704.972.2000 at least 24 hours before the concert in order to exchange your tickets. We cannot guarantee exchange availability or that you will receive the same seats for the exchanged concert.

  • Program Notes

    • Program notes are available online as a PDF before each Classics concert. You can find the program notes on the individual concert listings and you will receive them via email when you subscribe to our biweekly email newsletter. If you are not receiving emails, please call 704.972.2000 to update your account.
  • Other Helpful Information

      • Be sure to check the date and location of the concert before leaving home. Most Classics and Pops concerts take place at the Belk Theater, Lollipops and KnightSounds are held at the Knight Theater.
      • Parking and Valet information, including printable parking maps, can be found here.
      • If you lose or misplace your tickets on the night of the concert, visit the Will Call desk at the theater and ask for the Symphony representative.
