Q. What is the address of Symphony Park?
A. 4400 Sharon Road Charlotte, NC 28211, behind the mall.

Q. Where can I buy tickets?
A. You can buy tickets online at CarolinaTix.org until 4 p.m. up to noon on Sunday of the concert, over the phone at 704.972.2000, or at Symphony Park at 3 locations. The largest ticketing tent will be located at the top of the hill across from Dick’s Sporting Goods; there will be two smaller tents near the Double Tree Hotel and Barclay Downs.

Q. How can I pay for the tickets at Symphony Park?
A. We will accept both cash and credit at all three tents at Symphony Park.

Q. Will you be selling Summer Pops Passes ($25 for all five concerts) at Symphony Park?
A. Yes. You may purchase the Summer Pops Pass at Symphony Park. Please be ready to give your mailing address, phone number and email so we can send you tickets for the remaining concerts.

Q. Will I have to pay for my child?
A. No. Children age 18 and under will be admitted free of charge. You do need to secure a blue wristband for your child, either when you purchase adult tickets or at the gate when you enter.

Q. If I purchased tickets in advance and received them in the mail, how do I enter the park?
A. If you received your tickets in the mail and do not need to purchase any additional tickets, you may walk up to one of the four entrances, give your tickets to a staff member and receive a blue wristband for entrance into the park.

Q. If I purchased tickets in advance and did not receive tickets in the mail, or if I lost my tickets, how do I enter the park?
A. There will be a separate line at each tent for WILL CALL where we will have a list of advance purchases. Be ready to show your ID to receive wristbands and entrance into the park.

Q. Can one member of my group purchase all the adult tickets?
A. Yes. Just make sure all members of your group have the appropriate wristbands on before entering the park.

Q. Once I purchase a ticket and enter the gates, will I be able to leave the gated area?
A. Yes. We will be issuing wristbands at the ticketing tents and the gates. You must be wearing a wristband to enter the park.

Q. Will volunteers still be asking me to donate to the Symphony if I’ve already paid?
A. No. We will discontinue that practice.

Q. What is the policy regarding inclement weather and ticket refunds?
A. If the weather is severe, and the concert is cancelled due to the inclement weather, guests holding a ticket will be issued a “rain check” for $10 toward a future Symphony concert. If the Symphony is able to perform half the program, “rain checks” will not be issued.
