Introducing KnightSounds -- three nights that will explode your notion of a “symphony concert.”  Come early for cocktails and appetizers; stay after for a dance party or a museum exhibit. Meet new friends, mingle with musicians, and experience the orchestra in a whole new way.

All concerts are from 7:30-8:30 p.m. in the Knight Theater. 
Pre-concert cocktails and hors d’oeuvres start at 6:30 pm in the Knight lobby.

Powerful, beautiful, sweeping - Holst’s amazing symphonic work, The Planets, will accompany breathtaking NASA footage in this multimedia spectacular. Outside the theater, step into a portable planetarium, provided by Discovery Place, to take a peek at the stars!

Fandangos and tangos groove through this program of exotic music from four Latin countries – Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. The sensuous rhythms will inspire you to kick up your own heels at the post-concert salsa dance party!

From Handel’s Fireworks to Stravinsky’s Firebird, this music burns with flames, love, and passion.  Afterwards, chill out with a stroll through the Bechtler Museum’s exhibit of works by Niki de Saint Phalle, creator of the museum’s iconic “Firebird” sculpture.
