Accessibility & SPECIAL NEEDS

The Charlotte Symphony is dedicated to providing an accessible and enjoyable experience to all visitors.

All Charlotte Symphony concert locations have accessible seating available for our patrons with disabilities.

For performances in Belk Theater at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, patrons may call the PAC Box Office (704.372.1000) or the Charlotte Symphony Ticket Office (704.972.2000) for information on accessible seating.

Entry and Exit at Belk Theater
For wheel chair access or personal assistance to Belk Theater, an usher can meet patrons at the corner of Tryon and 5th Street.  Valet parking is also available on Tryon.  If you wish to receive either of these services, please contact the PAC Box Office at least 2 days prior to the performance to make these arrangements.

There is an elevator and a wheelchair accessible “unisex” bathroom located on the Grand Tier level of the Belk Theater.

Other Concert Locations
Please call the Charlotte Symphony Ticket Office at 704.972.2000 for information about accessibility at our other concert locations.

Additional Services
The Blumenthal Performing Arts Center is equipped with an infrared listening system for the hearing impaired.  Headsets may be checked out from the coat check located on the Grand Tier and Mezzanine levels.  Large print programs are also available at Classics concerts and may be picked up at coat check.
